Client Card Accuracy has always been a problem for most salon owners, the accurate the data.. the better we can service and target market to our clients . With the latest v7 update you can set up the actual client information that you require for your salon.
If the client card has any of the selected items not yet collected, there will be an “i” displayed on the clients appointment.
You can now view the actual salon data accuracy to assess amongst other things, the marketing ability you now have.
Graph the percentage of completed client cards with completed Client Addresses, Email Addresses, Mobile Numbers & Client Names and graph to indicate the number of actual completed Client Cards compared to incomplete Client Cards.
