Now 4 years, and two Beauty clinics later, I feel I have enough history with Ian and Sue Sage to be able to let you know I sometimes find myself wondering where I would be without them both!
Going computerised with my appointment book was a huge step for me, in the fact of I didn’t have any knowledge of computers what so ever, financially could the clinic pay for it? etc.
I looked at a few options, had trials of a lot of different systems, after a lot of time and hard work, I decided to go with the most cost effective, easy to use, system of all; BEAUTYWARE.
My clients loved the text messaging reminders, my staff love the easy access to client information, such as history, products purchased etc. It has really taken my business to the next level.
For me now, not working in the clinics as often and now at home with a baby, Ian has set me up to still have full control over what is happening within the clinics. With different reports I can access at anytime, it is a great piece of mind with stock control, rebooking rates, staff productivity the lot.

What do you get when you cross two beauty therapists and a computer software system? Well one would think utter chaos and confusion, but no!!!
Ian and Sue Sage the superheroes of computer wizardry have really out done themselves in not only implementing a computer software simply with limited salon downtime but with added charm which was great distraction from the daunting task of going completely computerized (which turned out not to be daunting at all!)
The Beautyware software we have found has been an invaluable tool to the team at Bellissimo providing appointment bookings, reporting etc and the ability to text clients of their upcoming appointments. Our sales figures have increased dramatically especially our retail items, Sue and Ian said that this would happen and we were suspicious at the time but you cannot trick the facts when they are in front of you on a report.
Sue has been proactive with us with her marketing advise which she has given us freely and sends through any information she thinks may be relevant to our business.
In the initial stages of the computer system being implemented if there was any question no matter how trivial Ian and Sue could instantly help and never made us feel like were silly which meant we never hesitated to ask.
